About the job
Join HHAeXchange, the premier technology platform for home and community-based care, as we continue our mission to empower individuals with aging or disability challenges to thrive in their own homes and communities. Established in 2008, our innovative end-to-end homecare solution connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and state agencies, transforming the healthcare landscape.
We proudly support Medicaid home and community-based care (HCBS) programs across all 50 states. Following our acquisition of Sandata, our platform now processes a substantial volume of electronic visit verification (EVV), visit records, and billing data for Medicaid home care services nationwide.
As Medicaid programs evolve in complexity, we recognize the increasing demand for program integrity and safeguarding public funds. To address this, HHAeXchange is enhancing its Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) capabilities, enabling clients to detect billing discrepancies, improper payments, and potential fraud within their datasets.
The Senior FWA Analyst will be instrumental in developing these capabilities by analyzing large healthcare data sets to uncover suspicious billing patterns and translating these findings into scalable detection mechanisms. This role will involve close collaboration with product, engineering, and payer stakeholders to integrate robust fraud detection within the HHAeXchange platform.
To excel in this position, candidates must be capable of fulfilling each essential job function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to support individuals with disabilities in performing essential responsibilities.
