The Role:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will have the opportunity to shape user experiences for millions, owning the development process from conception to deployment. Your voice will be essential in product and design discussions, influencing not just how we develop but also what we create and why.
We seek a candidate eager to learn and thrive in a cross-functional environment, ready to transform ideas into swift minimum viable products (MVPs), conduct A/B tests and utilize insights gained to steer future decisions. We prioritize pragmatic solutions and rapid feedback over perfection.
In addition to your contributions to your product team, you will also play a vital role in our Frontend Guild, enhancing shared standards and practices that ensure our frontend codebase remains robust, scalable, and primed for future product and experimental initiatives. Previous experience with SaaS products catering to a global audience is valued, though not mandatory.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex product features and systems, from exploration and planning through to rollout and analysis.
- Develop fast, reliable, and user-centric interfaces with modern frontend technologies.
- Create experiments and prototypes to quickly validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
- Analyze problems deeply, recognize patterns, and propose scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to align on objectives and achieve meaningful outcomes, even in uncertain problem settings.
- Impact product direction through technical insights and a deep understanding of user needs.
- Contribute to team dynamics, including our engineering standards and practices.
