We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for developing AI-first products. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from initial client requirements and exploratory hypotheses to creating production-ready systems that deliver real value.
Your Role:
You will be part of The Tech Collective's Data & AI hub, where we assist organizations in designing, building, and operationalizing data- and AI-driven solutions.
This position is ideal for a systems thinker and builder—someone who has successfully launched real products, directed technical strategies, and is driven to devise practical solutions that integrate data, software, and AI.
You will collaborate closely with seasoned AI experts who have profound knowledge in model and machine learning while you focus on crafting robust products and software that harness these capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership: Design and implement full-stack applications from initial concepts and prototypes to scalable, production-grade systems, making architectural decisions across frontend, backend, data, and cloud technologies.
- Modern full-stack development: Create high-quality frontends and backend services while applying solid software engineering principles and leveraging AI-assisted development tools judiciously.
- AI product development: Work with AI specialists to integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval pipelines, and intelligent patterns into tangible products that effectively address organizational needs.
- Data and systems thinking: Design data models, analyze distributed systems and trade-offs, and implement event-driven or real-time features where they add value.
- Cloud operations and collaboration: Deploy and maintain solutions in cloud environments, balancing efficiency, robustness, and security, while partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to drive meaningful business impact.
