We empower creators to effectively grow and monetize their audience effortlessly. Whether you are a coach, YouTuber, author, podcaster, or any other type of creative, our platform serves as the ultimate marketing hub to expand your audience, automate email marketing, and sell digital products in one cohesive environment.
At Kit, we are passionately committed to helping creators achieve their financial goals, with an ambitious mission to facilitate creators in earning $1 billion through our cutting-edge platform. Proudly independent and fully remote, we have cultivated a product that our customers adore, and we are on the lookout for individuals who share our enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our dynamic team. We are also thoughtfully integrating AI in our processes — both in product development and hiring practices — to ensure our team remains adaptable, innovative, and prepared for future challenges.
The Role
As part of our newly established Product Growth team, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer II who will take the lead on executing high-impact enhancements across the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. This full-time individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a business-centric environment, is keen on measuring and refining their work, and embodies a blend of technical expertise with strong leadership and a sense of ownership. As the team is in its formative stages, you will enjoy significant autonomy, allowing you to identify challenges and spearhead initiatives for improvement.
Your Support System
You will report directly to Megan Mullin and collaborate closely with our Senior Product Managers, product designers, and data analysts within the growth team. Additionally, you will engage cross-functionally with engineers across Kit's product squads, leveraging shared infrastructure, coordinating funnel-related tasks, and contributing back to the wider engineering community.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of a new team.
What You'll Do
First Week: Get acquainted with our onboarding curriculum in Notion and gain access to essential tools including Linear, Figma, Slack, Looker, Omni, and our experimentation framework. Begin meeting your team and immersing yourself in our culture.
