Join our Full-Stack Product Engineering team as we develop a rich array of features, frameworks, and tools that cater to both our external clients and internal teams. We seek a pragmatic full-stack engineer capable of crafting reliable, scalable software that meets the needs of all TRM customers. You will focus on designing backend APIs with a comprehensive understanding of user experience and system performance.
In this role, you will engage deeply with technical details and operational processes to drive velocity, quality, and impact at TRM, ultimately contributing to a safer financial system for billions globally.
Your Contributions Will Include:
Tackling complex engineering challenges that refine your technical prowess as well as project management and interpersonal skills.
Creating and maintaining public APIs that form part of our API Product suite.
Collaborating with stakeholders to turn functional visions into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Supporting internal business units by providing shared engineering services and functionalities.
Building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to fully understand and empower their missions from start to finish.
Experience in designing and developing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services (our backend utilizes Node.js, but experience is not mandatory as we support on-the-job learning).
