As part of our Full-Stack Product Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing a robust suite of features, frameworks, and functionalities that serve both external customers and internal teams, facilitating TRM's growth. We seek a pragmatic full-stack engineer adept at crafting reliable, scalable software that enhances the user experience. Your expertise in designing backend APIs will be crucial to ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
As an integral early member of our team, you will engage deeply with both technical challenges and operational processes, driving the velocity, quality, and overall impact of TRM while contributing to the creation of a more secure financial ecosystem for billions.
This position is based in our San Francisco office, where team members are expected to collaborate in person at least three (3) days a week to foster engagement and teamwork.
Your Impact:
Tackle complex engineering challenges that will enhance your technical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Design and maintain public APIs within our API Product suite.
Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional visions into actionable roadmaps with defined outcomes.
Provide engineering services and functionalities that empower internal business units.
Cultivate cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to support their missions from end to end.
Demonstrate experience in designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services (experience in Node.js is preferred but not required; we value the ability to learn new tools and languages on the job).
