Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Engage and support the sales of Esri software and solutions within the account team. Access technical enterprise-level decision-makers and lead meetings that contribute to revenue growth.
- Be an Expert: Serve as a technical leader in Esri technology and a subject matter expert in Federal Law Enforcement. Employ your advanced understanding of sales strategies to devise complex solutions for Esri's key customers, grasping business structures and workflows.
- Solve Problems: Proactively develop and present solutions that clarify how GIS can enhance business value for our clients by addressing critical challenges. Formulate and execute complex strategies that align Esri technology with the specific needs of our largest customers.
- Tell Our Story: Create engaging presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences among Esri's largest customers. Offer configuration guidance and best practices, and present at significant conferences and executive events.
