Position Overview: Senior Global Mobility Analyst
Agoda is experiencing remarkable growth. As we expand and attract new talent, we are seeking a self-driven, dynamic Senior Global Mobility Analyst to enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service to our global workforce. The ideal candidate will possess prior expertise, strong analytical skills, and relevant immigration experience.
The Senior Global Mobility Analyst plays a vital role in managing Thailand's immigration operations, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires and internal transfers. This position emphasizes effective execution, coordination, and analytical support of immigration processes while contributing to continuous process improvements and people services initiatives.
As Agoda evolves, this role provides opportunities to expand into broader employee lifecycle activities, including additional mobility services and global immigration support.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and coordinate Thailand immigration processes for expatriate employees, including new hires, relocations, and assignments.
- Execute assigned tasks with precision and timeliness, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and internal stakeholders regarding immigration processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Ensure employees receive clear, comprehensive, and accurate visa-related information throughout the process.
- Track case progress, maintain documentation, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
