Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax services.Oversee and manage clients' accounting and tax compliance requirements, including statutory and tax filings.Advise clients on best practices related to accounting and tax.Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers to guarantee prompt service delivery.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and local service providers, offering tailored solutions proactively.Assist in the development and implementation of new services and processes aimed at enhancing client experience.Maintain precise records of client information, ensuring documentation is current and complete by utilizing systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, and Microsoft Teams.Create service tickets and validate data provided by clients and local service teams, monitoring task and ticket statuses while providing regular updates.Address client inquiries, ensuring the appropriate teams are engaged for resolution.
