Job Description
This is a remote role.
The Senior Global Service Associate (GSA) is crucial to the customer service delivery experience at HSP Group. As the primary liaison for our clients, the Senior GSA will oversee and coordinate the provision of accounting and tax compliance services.
Success in this role requires a robust understanding of both accounting principles and tax regulations, along with a proven history of effectively managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax services.
- Oversee and manage accounting and tax compliance obligations for clients, including tax and statutory filings.
- Advise clients on accounting and tax best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and local service teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions proactively.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new services and processes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is current and complete by utilizing systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, Microsoft Teams, and other related software.
- Create service tickets, validate data from clients and local service teams, and track the status of tasks and tickets, providing regular updates as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure that relevant teams are engaged when necessary.
