Role Overview
This is a remote position.
The Senior Global Service Associate ('GSA') is integral to the HSP Group's customer service delivery framework. Serving as the primary liaison for our clients, the Senior GSA will manage and coordinate the execution of accounting and tax compliance services.
Success in this role requires a robust understanding of both accounting and tax disciplines, alongside experience in nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and precise delivery of accounting and tax services.
- Oversee and manage clients' accounting and tax compliance obligations, including tax and statutory submissions.
- Advise clients on accounting and tax best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers to facilitate prompt service delivery.
- Foster and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and local teams, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions proactively.
- Assist in developing and implementing new services and processes to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is current and complete by utilizing systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, FreshDesk, Microsoft Teams, and others.
- Create service tickets, validate data from clients and/or local teams, and monitor the status of assigned tasks and tickets, providing regular updates as needed.
- Address ad hoc client queries, ensuring appropriate teams are engaged to resolve issues effectively.
