Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:5+ years of experience as a SEA/Digital Advertising Specialist.Strong analytical capabilities paired with a commercial mindset.Experience with B2B and/or lead generation campaigns.A broad understanding of SEA, Display, Video, and automation principles.Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads/Editor, GA4, Channable, SA360, adCore, Trueclicks, and Microsoft Ads.A solid grasp of feed management, AI-driven bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).A results-oriented mentality and a collaborative spirit within multidisciplinary teams.Experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads) is advantageous as you comprehend how these channels reinforce SEA within an omnichannel strategy.Bonus: Experience with Dutch clients or familiarity with the Dutch market.
