About the job
The Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on advancing cancer clinical research through large-scale trials. Our mission is to address critical treatment questions and develop innovative strategies for the prevention, treatment, and cure of various cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, breast, prostate, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. We are committed to educating the medical community about effective cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prevention methods.
The Alliance operates as a clinical trials network, sponsored by the National Cancer Institute, comprising approximately 10,000 cancer specialists across over 1,000 member hospitals, medical centers, and community sites throughout the United States and Canada. We leverage cutting-edge science to implement optimal treatment and prevention strategies while also researching methods to alleviate the side effects of cancer and its treatments.
As part of our organization, the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology and its entities—including the Alliance NCTN Foundation, Alliance Foundation Trials, LLC, and Alliance Data Innovation Lab—work collaboratively to enhance our research capabilities.
