POSITION DESCRIPTION
KKR is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join the Creative Services team within the Marketing department. This pivotal role merges high-level conceptual design with strategic visual thinking and hands-on production execution. The Senior Graphic Designer will significantly enhance visual communication within the organization by delivering top-quality design assets, maintaining brand integrity, and collaborating effectively with diverse internal partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative perspective combined with meticulous attention to detail. They will be adept at developing original concepts, producing polished final outputs, and managing high-volume production work with precision and efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with senior creatives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver engaging, on-brand design solutions from inception to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & Creative Development
- Craft innovative, visually appealing design solutions for events, digital campaigns, print materials, and other marketing endeavors.
- Translate intricate concepts and business objectives into clear, impactful visual communications.
Production & Execution
- Prepare and manage production-ready files for both print and digital channels.
- Enhance layouts, create and maintain templates, and ensure consistent execution across all deliverables.
Brand Stewardship
- Preserve and promote Global Atlantic’s visual identity across all channels.
- Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure thoughtful application of design standards.
