Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:1. Financial LeadershipOversee the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and tax reports (VAT, CIT, etc.), ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting integrity.Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting operations for N-iX Group companies, ensuring adherence to local GAAP and IFRS standards.Continuously improve local accounting policies and the Chart of Accounts in accordance with Group standards.Direct the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.2. Regulatory GovernanceEnsure consistent implementation of Group accounting policies and reporting standards across local operations.Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation, assess business impacts, and lead timely implementation of necessary updates.Drive standardization and harmonization of accounting processes to enhance efficiency and control.3. Financial Accounting ControlOversee general ledger integrity and reconciliation processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial data.Establish robust internal controls and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.Lead the resolution of complex accounting issues and discrepancies.

The Senior Group Financial Accountant plays a crucial role in ensuring precise, compliant, and standardized financial accounting across all N-iX Group entities. This key position is responsible for upholding local accounting policies and the Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with both local GAAP and Group standards. The role involves maintaining accurate records of financial data, overseeing the month-end closing process, managing outsourced accountants, and performing detailed reconciliations to guarantee financial integrity. Additionally, this position spearheads automation and efficiency initiatives within accounting operations, supports Group Reporting and Tax in policy implementation and audits, and is instrumental in the transformation and alignment of accounting processes throughout the Group.
