Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Manager to spearhead and expand our direct-to-consumer direct mail (DM) prescreen program, our most significant and impactful acquisition channel. You will oversee a substantial marketing budget, create advanced targeting strategies, manage creative production and agency partnerships, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve quantifiable results. Close collaboration with various teams (data science, analytics, creative direct mail, and project management) in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is essential. Experience in consumer lending or financial services is highly preferred. You will partner with the Head of Growth Marketing to design and refine strategies that enhance customer acquisition and optimize our broader multi-channel marketing efforts. A robust background in project management is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Direct Mail Strategy & Execution: Lead and grow Point's highest-volume marketing channel: the direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program. Identify and test opportunities such as triggers, third-party list purchases, ITAs, and more to efficiently scale volume.
