- Clearly communicate planning concepts to project teams and clients through verbal, graphic, and written reports, working closely with architectural designers to enhance plans that align with client objectives.
- Translate planning ideas into clear concepts for clients, designers, and project team members.
- Contribute to the development, modification, and review of planning strategies and solutions.
- Assist in creating architectural drawings and specifications that convert planning concepts into construction documentation.
- Support the development of project scopes, plans, and services during the contracting phase.
- Integrate sustainable design principles into projects.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- May offer guidance and mentorship to other designers and project leaders.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a subject matter expert in healthcare projects.
- Current licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Familiarity with building codes and requirements is essential.
- Must possess practical knowledge while seeking to enhance expertise.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Independent thinking is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
