This full-time position is dedicated to providing exceptional Level 1 & 2 Help Desk (PC Assist) services to a diverse group of users, including senior management, attorneys, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support backup/restoration processes.
- Provide file server support and manage user account/mailbox administration.
- Install and troubleshoot software/hardware and handheld devices.
- Support remote users with setup and troubleshooting.
- Conduct end-user training and create comprehensive procedural documentation.
- Maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Utilize ITIL best practices for ticket management and service level reporting.
- Prepare weekly status reports and assist in setting up conference rooms for presentations.
