- Offering reliable HR guidance to leaders and staff throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, and employment relations.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of both business unit-specific and firm-wide initiatives aligned with Deloitte's overarching people strategy.
- Leveraging people data and insights, along with sound judgment, to pinpoint risks, identify opportunities, and propose actionable solutions.
