The Senior HR Business Partner will possess a thorough understanding of the organization's goals and priorities, proactively implementing people strategies to achieve them. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with People Operations and Centers of Excellence (COEs), partnering with leadership (Directors and above) to provide strategic influence and a clear vision for their assigned business units while fostering a safe and inclusive environment for our team members.
