In this position, you'll spearhead our modernization initiatives by integrating analytical and operational workflows, standardizing procedures, and promoting a culture of collaborative learning.
What You’ll Be Owning
- Lead the charge in modernization by developing and maintaining tradecraft policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources.
- Work hand-in-hand with fellow imagery analysts and modernization experts to pinpoint and rectify workflow inefficiencies.
- Head a Community of Practice that fosters knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Conduct training and collaborative sessions to uplift team capabilities.
- Engage directly with imagery analysts to identify weaknesses in tradecraft and to standardize operational procedures.
