Available shifts include:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CT, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CT, or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT.
The Senior Inside Sales Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in generating revenue, responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets for the Facial Aesthetics product line (including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica®, and KYBELLA®). This role emphasizes business development activities primarily through phone communications to drive portfolio growth.
The Senior IBDM represents the Allergan Aesthetics product range to selected aesthetic clients within a specific geographic territory. The role involves educating clients about products and programs, promoting product adoption, and enhancing portfolio growth through strategic business initiatives.
In this position, the Senior IBDM will deliver technical product and procedure training, as well as differentiate Allergan products from competitors. Success will be achieved through a strategic analysis of account data, an in-depth understanding of client aesthetic objectives, market dynamics, and effective consultative selling based on the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas across the portfolio, executing marketing plans proficiently.
- Independently develop call and business strategies across the product portfolio while demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet sales goals through regular communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager, managing sample allocations, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with their marketing strategies.
- Lead the execution of all campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and training initiatives related to Allergan programs.
- Gain product knowledge and leverage it to address current customer needs while identifying future business opportunities.
