The Role
As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will join our dynamic RFI Global Council Insights team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our financial services clients across Australia and New Zealand. This position will enhance your expertise in analyzing primary customer feedback, macroeconomic data, and client-specific business priorities.
This fast-paced environment encourages you to become an expert in financial services insights, dedicated to producing actionable outputs that aid client decision-making. At RFI, our client-centric approach drives us to continuously innovate our insights, research, and products to stay ahead of market trends and fulfill client needs. You will play a key role in client presentations and become the go-to subject matter expert for insights.
Your contributions will be vital in identifying emerging trends and themes, culminating in impactful deliverables that will influence some of the largest financial brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Location - Sydney/Melbourne
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in regular client presentations and research briefings.
- Influence the design of research briefs and analytical approaches.
- Utilize insights and data to craft compelling narratives that drive client actions, ensuring their needs and priorities are met through research deliverables.
- Conduct meticulous analysis of quantitative market research data with precision and efficiency.
- Create polished, client-ready research and insight-driven PowerPoint presentations.
- Leverage research and data tools, including AI technologies.
- Analyze secondary data (economic, financial, etc.) to enhance and contextualize RFI’s primary research findings.
- Collaborate across functions with team members from sales, client services, operations, and research teams across our offices in London, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, consultancy, or similar roles.
- A degree in any field.
- Strong client focus with the ability to confidently present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in conducting analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
