About This Role:
As the custodian of the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS) for our multi-billion-dollar hyper-scale data center portfolio, the Senior Integrated Master Scheduler plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and predictable EPC project deliverables. You will maintain the MIS as a comprehensive, logic-based tool for forecasting, risk management, and schedule predictability.
This position is vital to Crusoe’s capacity to scale rapidly, execute complex, mission-critical projects, and establish global project scheduling best practices. You will serve as a strategic leader, ensuring our infrastructure is delivered with precision and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Development & Governance: Craft and oversee both conceptual and detailed EPC schedules addressing stage gates, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Lead the schedule baseline approval process with stakeholders.
Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Expertly develop and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules. Identify and manage near-critical and commissioning-critical paths while formulating proactive mitigation and recovery strategies.
Contractor Integration: Skillfully review and integrate intricate contractor schedules into the definitive MIS, conducting Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to bolster contract claims and negotiations.
Progress & Predictive Analytics: Initiate a quantity-based progress measurement framework. Conduct schedule health assessments utilizing tools like Acumen Fuse and spearhead Monte Carlo simulations to assess confidence levels for critical milestones.
Commissioning & COD Integration: Guarantee flawless integration of testing, turnover, and final acceptance into the MIS. Ensure the Commercial Operation Date (COD) is consistently logic-driven and risk-adjusted.
