Key ResponsibilitiesLead the integration process from Day 1 through Day 100+ for each acquisition, acting as the primary coordination point across all workstreams.Create and implement integration plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each acquisition, encompassing HR, IT, finance, operations, and culture.Collaborate with HR Operations and IT to ensure seamless onboarding of employees to company systems, benefits, and policies.Work alongside Finance/Accounting to integrate financial reporting, align new chart of accounts, and facilitate smooth monthly financial closes.Establish relationships with leadership and employees of the acquired company, serving as their main point of contact throughout the transition phase.Receive knowledge transfer from the M&A team regarding diligence findings, ensuring integration plans address identified risks and opportunities.Identify and escalate integration risks, developing mitigation strategies and keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges.Enhance and document the integration playbook, capturing lessons learned and best practices from each acquisition.Transition from integration to optimization, collaborating with portfolio company leadership to drive continuous improvements.

We are in search of a Senior Integration Manager who will be pivotal during the crucial transition phase following an acquisition. You will spearhead the first 100 days post-acquisition, collaborating closely with HR, IT, finance, and operations teams to seamlessly integrate new companies into our portfolio while maintaining their intrinsic value. Following this integration phase, your focus will shift to optimization, partnering with portfolio company leadership to identify and implement operational enhancements.
This is a hands-on role where you will work on-site with the acquired companies, fostering relationships with their teams, managing integration workflows, and addressing the myriad challenges that arise when merging organizations. With a target of 6-8 acquisitions per year, you will gain profound insights into the factors that contribute to successful integrations versus those that lead to challenges.
