ITE Management, a premier investment management firm focusing on the transportation industry, is in search of a seasoned investor relations professional to enhance our dynamic and expanding Investment team based in New York. Established in 2014, ITE specializes in identifying cash-yielding real asset investments with protective downside features, leveraging our team's extensive relationships and comprehensive financial and operational expertise. Currently, we oversee assets exceeding $12 billion globally across various sectors including rail, intermodal, aviation, and emerging technology, with offices in New York City (headquarters), Chicago, St. Louis, and London.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of motivation, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. They should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with existing investors and engaging with potential clients introduced to the firm via established connections. The selected individual will report to the Head of Investor Relations and will be required to work from our NYC headquarters.
This position necessitates a commercial mindset to effectively manage our global limited partner relationships. Responsibilities include conducting periodic update calls and meetings, addressing information requests related to their accounts, developing ongoing limited partner due diligence materials, and facilitating re-up capital commitments. Additionally, this role involves creating and maintaining fund materials that support our communication initiatives.
This position is vibrant and involves both internal and external engagement, requiring collaboration across the firm to gather, synthesize, and share information with ITE's investors, alongside other members of the BDIR team.
The candidate will join a small, impactful team with significant responsibilities and will play a crucial role in capital retention and growth for the firm and its funds, while having the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set within the BDIR team.
