- Collaborate with designated Business Process Owners as the Technical Process Owner to enhance operational efficiency through process redesign, technological solutions, and automation.
- Investigate business challenges, articulate requirements, design software solutions, and propose automated systems controls and protocols to address organizational information obstacles.
- Establish operational goals, collect necessary data, and assess output requirements and formats.
- Work alongside Business Process Owners and key end users to analyze, define, model, and document system requirements. Identify project milestones and phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Create workflow charts, diagrams, and process flows, assess system capabilities, and produce detailed specifications.
- Execute system configuration updates, manage business events, create custom reports and dashboards, and handle data export/import processes.
- Develop a framework for organizational change management and oversee user acceptance testing.
- Produce user documentation, including guides, process flow charts, and training materials, while delivering effective training sessions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish project teams and guide the technology development elements of projects from initiation to delivery.
- Collect essential data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope, leading to the creation of technical specifications.
- Keep leadership appraised of critical issues that may affect project completion, budget, or overall results.
