About the Role:
As an Expert IT Enterprise Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and delivery strategies for our email services, both on-premises and cloud-based. You will manage Microsoft's Active Directory and Windows systems across our enterprise's multi-domain environment, ensuring seamless integration with identity management solutions. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and executing daily operational routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, planning, upgrading, and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange servers to ensure efficient business continuity.
- Manage Office365 cloud operations, including active directory synchronization and enterprise mobility services.
- Possess a deep understanding of Office365 subscription and Microsoft Licensing Program.
- Handle all aspects of email account management for both on-premises and Office365 mailboxes, along with SharePoint and Instant Messaging.
- Ensure timely patch management for servers and laptops in line with Information Security Governance guidelines.
- Align operational goals with departmental strategies and deliver on agreed SLAs and KPIs with stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, collaborating with process owners, service delivery, and operations managers.
- Engage in daily tasks related to Office365 products, including EMS, Intune, Cloud App Security, and PowerShell scripting.
- Facilitate smooth operational activities for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Monitor Microsoft alerts actively and take necessary actions.
- Preferred knowledge of cloud service hosting with Amazon and Azure.
- Manage existing domain registrations and ensure timely renewals.
- Experience in handling enterprise mobility operations (work from anywhere, any device, any time).
- Understand IT Helpdesk processes and tools.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including suppliers, BSS-IT, IP Network, IT ServiceDesk, and Information Security operations.
- Focus on end-user data protection, data leakage prevention, enterprise mobility, and advanced anti-malware protection.
