Job Description: Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Unified Endpoint Management)

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer focused on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), you will play a critical role in designing and scaling a comprehensive device ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include the seamless migration and orchestration of a multi-platform environment which encompasses Windows, macOS, iOS (iPads), ChromeOS, and Android. Your dual mission includes maintaining a robust and high-performance environment for enterprise users while creating a flexible, resilient, and manageable digital learning space for students. Your goal is to ensure that every user enjoys a secure, automated, and ready-to-use experience from the moment they unbox their device.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Platform Engineering & Orchestration
- Unified Management: Design, migrate, and maintain a holistic management strategy using Microsoft Intune, Apple School Manager, and Google Admin Console to ensure seamless integrations.
- Zero-Touch Provisioning: Optimize automated deployment workflows, utilizing Windows Autopilot, Apple School Manager (DEP), and Chrome Zero-Touch Enrollment to remove manual imaging.
- Platform Specialization: Lead management of physical hardware and Cloud PCs via modern MDM policies for Windows, oversee configuration profiles and VPP app distribution for Apple, and manage fleet-wide policies and application delivery for ChromeOS.
