We are in search of a Senior IT Product & Service Manager to lead the advancement and enhancement of our premier Workflow Platform Product. This platform is crucial for our global organization of over 500,000 users, and your strategic leadership will play a vital role in its development.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a product owner, a profound understanding of intricate systems, and a passion for no-code/low-code development. You should also have a successful history in Agile methodologies. Your unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and market awareness will be key in driving product innovation, optimizing workflows, and delivering outstanding user experiences that cater to the dynamic needs of our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Establish and advocate for a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals while anticipating future market demands.
- Develop a thorough product strategy that includes roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and planning for releases.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to pinpoint opportunities and potential challenges.
- Workflows Platform Modernization:
- Lead the transition of our workflow platform to a contemporary, no-code/low-code architecture, maximizing its capabilities.
- Ensure a smooth transition by meticulously addressing any existing process or functionality gaps.
- Promote the acceptance of new technologies and processes across the organization, ensuring effective onboarding and user engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build strong partnerships and facilitate effective communication across various teams, including development, operations, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Encourage a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate collaboration among geographically dispersed teams to meet project objectives and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Requirements Management:
- Work closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs and challenges, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on their strategic significance, user impact, and technical viability.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, user requirements, and technical implementation.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch, growth, and eventual retirement.
- Drive ongoing improvements and innovations by collecting user feedback and analyzing product performance metrics.
