Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of NOA’s enterprise Data Security Program, ensuring alignment with policies such as NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and global data protection regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data security risks and establish mitigation strategies, emphasizing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical business information assets.
Evaluate plans and initiatives to bolster information security and minimize risks to Nintendo of America (NOA), ensuring compliance with internal IT policies and external regulations.
Assess IT risks, which includes the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of IT risk metrics and methodologies as well as the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of IT risk exposures.
Develop and provide insight on the design and execution of Information Security Programs.
Identify and evaluate threats, guiding the business on how to address recognized risks.
Consult with IT personnel and business units as a subject matter expert.

Job Summary: As a key member of the IT: Information Security department at Nintendo of America (NOA), you will play a pivotal role in assessing and enhancing the enterprise-wide IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) management and information security programs. This includes facilitating IT risk identification and strategizing future mitigation efforts.
