Qualifications
Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services, or relevant fields.Demonstrated expertise with financial connectivity solutions, including host-to-host, APIs, ERP integrations, and bank integrations.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record in managing project processes and delivering results within defined timelines and scope.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS), FinTech SaaS, or ERP financial systems.Technical proficiency with connectivity platforms such as SAP, Oracle (JDE/Fusion), or other enterprise systems.Experience in managing client relationships in global or multicultural environments.

Your Role
As a Senior/Lead Implementation Consultant specializing in Treasury and Capital Markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic advisory, client engagement, and technical delivery.
Strategic Advisory & Client Engagement
- Facilitate solution design workshops with banking clients, ensuring the effective management of critical design components.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry bodies.
- Maintain robust client relationships through consistent communication, including virtual and on-site meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to refine and support Kyriba's banking channel through actionable insights.
Implementation & Technical Delivery
- Configure and test Kyriba solutions across various modules within client environments.
- Provide expert support during user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparations, and ongoing production support.
- Utilize project management tools and dashboards to ensure the timely achievement of all project milestones.
- Design and implement workflows across diverse functional and technical modules.
- Assist clients with connectivity solutions, including SAP, Oracle, host-to-host, APIs, and ERP integrations.
Knowledge Transfer & Enablement
- Craft and deliver personalized training programs centered on banking channel functionality.
- Develop tailored training agendas that align with client requirements and use cases.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation and enablement materials for both internal teams and external partners.
- Achieve and sustain Kyriba certifications across both functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications.
