Overview
As a Senior Learning Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the complete design and development of learning programs, adeptly converting learning requirements and business goals into structured, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning experiences. Your work will encompass multiple formats, including workshops, digital learning, assessments, and practical application, ensuring a unified and impactful learning journey that aligns with Decoded’s established learning models.
In this role, you are expected to function autonomously, taking charge of leading projects from the perspective of the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team. A critical aspect of your responsibilities will involve reviewing and ensuring the quality of work produced by both internal and external collaborators, including members of the Product team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other LXD team members, both within Decoded and beyond.
You will also take on the responsibility of coaching and mentoring team members at all levels throughout the design and development process, fostering and enhancing their contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all LXD tasks and activities associated with project/program deliverables.
- Design and create learning materials and resources across all blended learning formats.
- Review, provide feedback, and refine products to ensure a premium learning experience.
