This position is pivotal in shaping our enterprise learning programs, designed to enhance critical capabilities, bolster our leadership pipeline, and ensure exceptional client service.
The Senior Manager of Learning & Development will translate our business strategy into actionable, scalable development programs that foster employee growth, readiness for leadership roles, and excellence in client service. This senior-level position involves building comprehensive learning initiatives from the ground up, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and providing professional coaching to leaders, ensuring our learning investments drive organizational performance and long-term capabilities.
Learning Program Development: Create, develop, and implement end-to-end learning programs that align with Precision’s business strategy, talent priorities, and evolving skill needs. Conduct training needs analyses and identify future skill gaps.
Leadership Development & Coaching: Design and deliver leadership development programs for high-potential and senior leaders, including cohort-based experiences, assessments, and action learning; offer 1:1 and group coaching as a certified coach to enhance leader effectiveness and readiness.
Manager Enablement: Develop and implement programs that enhance core people management capabilities; create practical tools and resources to support managers in a matrixed environment.
Mentoring & Career Development: Establish and sustain an enterprise mentoring program, covering structure, matching, onboarding, and evaluation; facilitate career development through learning pathways and skill-based resources.
Learning Content & Curriculum Design: Develop a comprehensive learning curriculum utilizing LinkedIn Learning content that aligns with critical skills and career stages, including early-career learning curricula that expedite onboarding and integration.
AI Literacy & Client Service Excellence: Create and deliver AI literacy training to support the responsible adoption of AI tools; collaborate with business leaders to enhance learning that strengthens client service excellence in client-facing and project-based roles.
