As a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in tailoring our core learning experiences and materials to meet the unique needs of our clients and learners. This role is critical for enhancing client engagement and learner retention.
You will collaborate with product and curriculum teams, sales leaders, and operational stakeholders to identify customization opportunities. For more complex projects, you may engage directly with clients to address their specific challenges. Upon approval, you will coordinate resources and stakeholders to implement changes in learning materials, support coaches, and communicate updates effectively to clients and learners. While expertise in all curricular areas isn't required, you should possess strong insights into how changes can drive impactful results.
