Qualifications

Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, including at least 1 year dedicated to generative AI or multimodal systems.Extensive hands-on experience with multimodal AI models, including applications such as text-to-image and image-to-text.Deep practical knowledge in computer vision or natural language processing (NLP) with a proven ability to work across different modalities.Expertise in generative model architectures, including diffusion models, transformer-based generative models, and GANs.Proficient programming skills in Python, with substantial experience in the PyTorch and HuggingFace ecosystems (Transformers, Diffusers, Accelerate).Familiarity with cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML.A successful history of deploying ML models to production, with a solid understanding of model optimization, serving, and monitoring.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capability to think critically and creatively regarding novel multimodal applications.Preferred Qualifications:Published research in recognized journals or conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICCV, etc.).Understanding of prompt engineering and guidance techniques for generative models.Experience with model fine-tuning, LoRA, and efficient adaptation methods.
