We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in building a groundbreaking healthcare business. Clover leverages Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to utilize our data effectively, ensuring beneficiaries receive targeted care that keeps them healthy and out of the hospital. Our ML/NLP/LLM infrastructure plays a pivotal role in our mission, directly impacting the lives of our beneficiaries. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing systems and tools that cater to the diverse data needs of our organization, while advancing the Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and LLM capabilities of our Data Platform.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer will include:
- Designing, implementing, and validating high-reliability, distributed platforms for machine learning, natural language processing, and LLMs.
- Creating, debugging, interpreting, and enhancing production machine learning and natural language processing models.
- Building tools and validation processes that enable Clover to translate insights into scalable actions.
- Utilizing existing commercial and open-source tools to establish a robust production platform.
- Collaborating closely with Clover's Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure the ML/NLP/LLM Platform delivers genuine value.
- Documenting processes, iterating on designs, and providing tutorials to facilitate ease of use for Data Scientists.
