As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Ada, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the AI features that drive our AI Agent platform for customer support. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers, you will identify problems, design experiments, and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes for both customers and end users. Your primary focus will be on delivering efficient and reusable evaluation and analysis code, while partnering with engineers to implement these changes effectively. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of Ada's product and a strong empathy for our users to find optimal solutions for customer challenges.
