Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within aerospace or high-tech industries.Proficient in FEM software (e.g., ANSYS, FEMAP) and advanced hand calculations for engineering analysis.Strong leadership skills with experience directing technician teams in troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical systems and automation.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical information to various stakeholders.

Join our Launch Pad Engineering Team at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, where your expertise will drive the efficiency and reliability of our launch pad operations. Leverage your multidisciplinary engineering background to identify innovative solutions for optimizing our launch systems.
