About the Role:
Join A Place for Mom as the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing, where you will spearhead the marketing strategy and execution for our Community, Healthcare, and Home Care divisions. This role is pivotal in fostering connections with senior living communities, healthcare organizations, and home care agencies within our extensive partner network.
You will be responsible for crafting positioning, messaging, and marketing materials that resonate with our partners. Your leadership will drive campaigns that define our external presence and ensure that our internal teams are fully equipped to market A Place for Mom effectively to providers in our network.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the B2B product marketing initiatives, focusing on value propositions, positioning, messaging, and comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
Design and implement integrated B2B marketing campaigns that harmonize brand strategy with partner requirements and acquisition objectives for senior living communities, healthcare organizations, and home care agencies.
Act as the chief advocate for our B2B partner network, translating customer insights into actionable messaging, marketing strategies, and product guidance.
Ensure that B2B messaging and campaign efforts align seamlessly with the overarching brand strategy and narrative.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Sales, and partner-facing teams to align offerings, messaging, and enablement with partner needs, ensuring these requirements are integrated into the product roadmap.
Oversee the creation of essential B2B brand assets, including materials for conferences, sales enablement tools, thought leadership content, social media assets, written communications, and creative copy.
Work with the Customer Research team to identify additional insights needed on B2B partners, devise a research plan, conduct research, and analyze findings.
Manage and evolve B2B brand KPIs, contributing to the broader narrative of performance and growth in collaboration with analytics and measurement teams.
