Department Overview
Palmetto Home is dedicated to democratizing access to renewable energy and HVAC solutions. We equip homeowners with financial options that leverage solar energy, energy storage, and advanced heating and cooling technologies for enhanced home efficiency. Our proprietary platform supports solar and HVAC sales professionals and installers with financing, customer management, and quality control systems, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and partners.

This position is based in Charlotte, NC.
Reporting Structure
The Senior Manager will report to the VP of Operations Program with a direct relationship to the VP of Comfort Program Management.
Role Summary
The Senior Manager for Comfort Programs will be pivotal in constructing and expanding the quality assurance framework that supports Palmetto’s growth across various residential energy technologies, including HVAC, geothermal systems, water heaters, and generators. This role will oversee standards, training, and review processes that guarantee top-quality, code-compliant installations by certified contractors across all Comfort product lines.
