As the Senior Manager of Customer Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our business relationships with existing clients. This position emphasizes the growth of CloudMoyo’s services, which encompass Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, and Managed Services. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of CloudMoyo's products, including the ICERTIS Contract Lifecycle Management platform. The role involves managing opportunities through all phases—from prospecting and qualification to sales pursuit and closure—by leveraging your deep understanding of the sales process and discipline. Your ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers will be crucial as you guide our clients through their enterprise modernization journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth within our services portfolio.
- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance revenue streams within existing accounts, ensuring all revenue goals and commitments are met.
- Clearly articulate the company's unique value propositions, services, and solutions.
- Maintain accountability for sales relationships with customers.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed set targets.
- Generate and manage comprehensive account and opportunity plans.
- Identify and strategically address client challenges.
- Navigate complex client organizations to engage with senior and mid-management decision-makers.
- Collaborate with matrixed teams across different time zones (pre-sales, marketing, and delivery) to create effective sales proposals and campaigns.
- Nurture client relationships to establish long-term trust and value.
- Monitor project delivery, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for overall engagement success.
