What We Need
In the role of Senior Manager, Employee Experience, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive employee experience strategy aimed at enhancing our culture, boosting engagement, and refining the overall employee journey. Collaborating with HR, Communications, and various business units, you will ensure that every interaction—from onboarding to offboarding—promotes a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement a detailed employee experience roadmap that aligns with our organizational values, culture, and business goals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of employee needs through data analysis, surveys, feedback loops, and workforce insights.
- Oversee company-wide engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys and recognition programs.
