We are looking for a strategic and seasoned professional in Government Relations to spearhead our initiatives across North and South America, primarily targeting the United States while also offering support for Canada, Mexico, and selected Latin American markets. This key position is essential in influencing and advancing legislative and regulatory outcomes that resonate with our business goals and principles in varied policy landscapes. The preferred candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of U.S. legislative and regulatory systems, a proven capability to sway policy results, and a solid history of implementing government relations strategies within the tech sector. Familiarity with Canadian or Latin American contexts is advantageous but not mandatory.
The position entails establishing and nurturing relationships with lawmakers, regulators, and critical stakeholders at both federal and state levels, along with supporting broader regional engagement. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams in Legal, Trust & Safety, Product, and Communications, and will work with a global Government Relations and Policy team to ensure coherence and alignment across different markets.
