Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Manager of Growth to spearhead pivotal shaping and long-term capture initiatives with the United States Department of War (DoW), with a specific emphasis on the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research & Engineering (OUSW(R&E)). This role is vital in propelling Saronic's strategic expansion by uncovering new opportunities, nurturing robust customer relationships, guiding prospects through the sales process to successful contracts, refining effective internal business operations, and broadening our market presence. You will be expected to devise and execute a strategic blueprint to strengthen ties with key DoW stakeholders, proactively influence customer needs, and identify as well as close growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with OUSW(R&E) authorities, policies, programs, and processes, especially regarding Prototyping and Experimentation. Recent background as a government civilian, active-duty service member, or contractor within the OUSW(R&E) organization is highly desirable. Familiarity with the PPBE process and the Warfighting Acquisition System, including accelerated acquisition pathways, is essential.
