About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to spearhead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for interactive experiences, which encompass mobile games, metaverse initiatives, and innovative co-marketing campaigns with top publishers and partners.
Reporting directly to the VP of GTM & Partnership Marketing, you will design and implement programs for interactive games and experiences, crafting campaigns that not only delight fans but also drive subscriber growth and resonate with local markets globally.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead GTM and partner marketing efforts for interactive projects—from goal definition and audience targeting to creative direction and performance metrics.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive funnel plans that encompass launches, app store promotions, partner activations, and post-launch optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison among leadership, departments, and partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and lifecycle teams to create tailored campaigns that enhance acquisition and engagement.
- Establish KPIs and collaborate with analytics to gauge performance and inform optimization strategies.
- Forecast impact and create playbooks to replicate successful initiatives across various markets.
- Transform performance data into actionable insights—crafting presentations and updates for executives and teams.
- Customize global strategies for local markets, leveraging regional insights, cultural moments, and platform trends to drive results.
We are open to candidates who can work a hybrid schedule, spending three days each week in our Los Angeles office.
