Are you passionate about implementing innovative strategies for demand generation across the ASEAN region within a dynamic organization? If collaborating with sales teams excites you, this is the opportunity for you. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, APAC, you will be accountable for achieving a comprehensive range of demand and awareness generation objectives within your region.
You will spearhead the creation, execution, measurement, and reporting of impactful marketing programs that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include the effective management of the marketing budget, ensuring marketing activities are in sync with sales priorities, and providing detailed performance reports to sales and marketing leadership.
In this role, you will work closely with all global marketing functions to define campaign needs, develop programs, and tailor them for regional relevance and impact. Collaborating with our sales organization, you will enhance field readiness, alignment, and follow-through. Additionally, you will partner with web marketing, online marketing, PR, events, marketing operations, and agency teams to ensure a cohesive, multi-channel approach to demand generation campaigns.
We seek a proactive self-starter with at least 10 years of experience in a regional marketing role, who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and creativity are key. You should be a proactive doer rather than a delegator, with a mindset focused on innovative thinking and delivering results.
