Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, your leadership will be pivotal in realizing our vision. You will spearhead client engagements, identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions that create sustainable impacts. Your responsibilities include steering the direction of engagements, managing teams, and cultivating long-term client relationships to help them achieve their improvement goals. In addition to project work, you will also have a role in business development, presenting to C-level executives, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives. You must be a proactive and adaptable professional, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment and committed to driving improvement initiatives internally and with clients.
