Now, let’s dive into the specifics of this role and how you will contribute to Fever’s mission.
Fever for Business is a division within our unicorn organization, dedicated to democratizing culture and entertainment access for corporate and institutional clients. You will report to the Global Head of Account Development and lead our US-based Account Development team, acting as the key driver for our North American revenue pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and Execute the US GTM Approach: Develop and refine the Account Development strategy for the US market, optimizing processes at both the top and middle of the sales funnel.
- Talent Development: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of high-potential Account Development Representatives (ADRs). You will be instrumental in nurturing a culture of success and coaching.
- Performance Enhancement: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, call evaluations, and training sessions to ensure each ADR consistently meets or surpasses their targets.
- Operational Excellence: Implement the outbound playbook, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation, targeted messaging, and outreach sequences to ensure high engagement levels.
- Inbound Management: Manage US lead distribution and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain superior conversion standards.
