Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 8 to 10 full-cycle Account Executives through rapid expansion and onboarding phases.
Establish a strategic weekly plan that keeps the team aligned with high-impact activities.
Deliver daily coaching that nurtures a culture of excellence, trust, and accountability.
Conduct effective one-on-ones, call reviews, and deal assessments to foster skill development in discovery, messaging, and objection handling.
Define and communicate clear standards for success in discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and follow-through.
Enhance pipeline development through inbound and outbound strategies while ensuring collaboration with Sales Development Representatives.
Maintain momentum in deals by outlining actionable next steps, mutual plans, and deadlines to prevent stalls.
Extend coaching beyond closing to ensure accounts transition into active deposit capture and product utilization.
Utilize reporting tools to analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and leading indicators, translating findings into actionable coaching strategies.
Intervene as necessary to unblock progress through deal support and cross-departmental coordination.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine team strategy and improve workflows and tools as we grow.
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives, establishing clear expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
